Sav is the lead investigator of the TRANSform project, growing it to be the largest ever trans-led trans research project in Australia. Sav prioritises research communication and accessibility and delivers trans health education. Passionate about supporting and connecting trans researchers, Sav is the convener of the Emerging Trans Researchers Conference, and the founder of the Trans Researchers in Trans Research Network.
