Joël Murray

Joël is public health, social policy, and evaluation specialist. They have worked in senior roles in peer-based health organisations, government, and run their own consulting business focusing on key populations in the international HIV response. Their special interests are harm reduction, heterodox economics, and the music of American composer, Philip Glass.
